Welcome to the Islamic Community Center of Redlands (“ICCR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, services, or by opting in to receive SMS (text messages), you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, website, or SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

3. SMS Terms of Service

  1. Opting In
    By opting into SMS from a web form, event sign-up sheet, or another medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from ICCR. These may include, but are not limited to:
    • Event and program announcements
    • Prayer time notifications
    • Community updates and announcements
    • Donation drives or fundraising campaigns
    • Membership reminders and updates
    • Other relevant communications reflecting our non-profit, faith-based mission

    Messaging frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your level of engagement with our programs, events, and community notifications.
  3. Costs
    Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any fees associated with incoming or outgoing text messages as determined by your mobile carrier.
  4. Opting Out
    • You may discontinue receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us.
    • Upon receiving your STOP message, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
    • You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again through a permitted channel.

4. Changes to the SMS Service
